Shipping:

All delivery orders will use standard shipping and will be shipped within 2 business days of order submission. Shippers USPS, UPS or FedEx will be utilized for delivery orders.

In Store Pick up:

All in store pick up orders will be ready for pick up by no later than next business day. An email notification will be sent to the customer when order is ready for pick up at School Spot, 1010 Woods Crossing Rd, Unit B, Greenville, SC 29607

Return Policy

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, unopened, un-bent, with all original tags and labels in place.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return and credit your original payment method. Please allow five (5) days from the receipt of the item for processing. we will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
